A free, 75-minute virtual workshop on a unique way to practice leadership

Most leaders were trained to have the answer. This session is built on a different premise: a leader’s real job is to find what’s blocking the work — and move it. That’s a different skill than what most leadership training teaches, and this hour gives you a live, working feel for it.

Call it leadership. Call it management. Call it culture. Underneath all three is the same job: clear away what’s getting in the way, so the right work can get done. This session works at that level, whatever word your organization uses.

  • Naming what’s happening in a room before pushing past it, and matching your pace to the people in it
  • Asking a genuine question — and waiting past the first silence instead of filling it
  • Asking the one question your team isn’t saying out loud, because nobody’s said it first
  • Naming a decision before the discussion starts, instead of re-litigating it afterward
  • Handing off something you’re genuinely fast at — on purpose, before you feel ready to

Who it’s for

Experienced managers, HR leaders, professional facilitators, and senior leaders who run meetings, lead teams, and want a more honest read on what’s getting in the way of the real work — not another set of steps to memorize.
