Terms of Use: Licenses

These terms explain how you may use the digital products and materials you buy from the IntoWisdom Store. Each product page shows which license applies to it.

The short version

• When you buy a digital product, you get a license to use it. IntoWisdom Group and John Losey keep the copyright.
• What you may do depends on the license shown on the product page: Individual use, Use within one organization, or Facilitator use with participants.
• No license lets you resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files.
• If you need broader rights, ask us; we’re glad to discuss options.

What every license includes

• Downloading the files and keeping copies on your own devices.
• Printing copies for the use your license allows.
• Using the ideas and methods in your own work.

What no license allows

• Selling, renting, sublicensing or giving away the files, or copies of them.
• Posting the files, or substantial parts of them, on a website, shared drive, learning platform or social media where people outside your license can reach them.
• Removing or changing copyright notices, or presenting the material as your own.
• Using the material to create a product or course for sale.

Individual use

For one person’s own learning, reflection and professional practice.

• You may use the product yourself and print copies for your own use.
• You may share what you’ve learned, but not copies of the product. Others who want to use it need their own license.

Use within one organization

For people within one organization (one company, nonprofit, school or agency), including internal training.

• You may share the product with employees, staff, volunteers and members of that organization, and use it in internal training and team sessions.
• You may store it on the organization’s internal systems where only its people can reach it.
• You may not share it with clients, partners or other organizations, or use it to deliver paid training to people outside your organization.

Facilitator use with participants

For a facilitator, trainer or coach to use with the groups and participants they work with, including clients.

• The facilitator who holds the license may use the product to plan and lead sessions.
• You may give participants copies of the handouts, worksheets or activity pages meant for participants, for use in sessions you lead, with the copyright notice kept in place.
• The full product and any facilitator guide are for the licensed facilitator only. Each facilitator who uses it needs their own license.
• You may not include the material in another product, or license it to others.

Printed products

Printed books and cards may be used and resold as physical items, like any book. Copying, scanning or reproducing their contents follows the same limits as the digital licenses above.

Ending a license

If these terms are broken, the license ends, and copies must be deleted. Nothing in these terms limits uses that copyright law allows anyway, such as brief quotation with attribution.
