These terms apply when you buy from the IntoWisdom Store at intowisdomgroup.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who you’re buying from

Products and prices

• We describe each product as accurately as we can. Prices are in US dollars.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Products may change or become unavailable.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your address.

Paying

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; IntoWisdom never sees or stores them. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Digital products

• After payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. You don’t need an account.
• There’s no limit on downloads, and your download links don’t expire. We still recommend keeping your own copies.
• How you may use each product is set by its license; see our Terms of Use.

Printed products

• We ship printed books and cards to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping is free.
• Orders are usually shipped within [number] business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
• Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by Canadian authorities, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check your shipping address before ordering. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
